With a background and therapeutic approach centered in relational psychoanalysis, Dr. Vincelette works with individual adults, couples, and teens, with a special emphasis on - Couples who are struggling with fixed and repetitive conflict, poor communication, emptiness and boredom, not feeling valued by one another, sexual problems and/or a lack of spontaneity and passion; - Helping individuals explore and affirm their core identity and expression, especially those who are transgender, nonbinary or gender nonconforming (TGNC community); - Exploring and understanding parts of the self that hinder one's ability to achieve personal and/or professional goals (i.e. self-sabotage, resistance); - Grief and Loss: Providing space to openly process and cope with a recent loss and losses over the lifespan.
