Introduction
Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected, from themselves and others, or from a sense of ease in their life. Whether navigating a life transition, coping with the effects of trauma or loss, or simply wanting to feel more present and resourced, therapy offers a space to reconnect and move toward healing. My approach is relational and holistic, grounded in mindfulness-based and somatic practices. I use neurophysiological, attachment, and transpersonal frameworks to support both practical change and deeper integration. I work with individuals struggling with grief, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and perinatal issues. Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected, from themselves and others, or from a sense of ease in their life. In our work, we might explore how trauma is held in the body, how to regulate the nervous system, and how to rebuild trust, both in yourself and in relationships with others. I hold a steady, compassionate presence and a collaborative space where your experience is deeply respected and your pace is honored.
I offer a free 30-minute consultation (in person or via telehealth) to help us determine if we’re a good fit. This is a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see what feels right for you. Feel free to reach out when you’re ready.
